My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package.

Once a package is marked as delivered, Into the Decade is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier for additional assistance.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our inventory and limited quantities, eligible items may be returned for store credit only within the approved return window.

Are sale items eligible for returns?

All sale, discounted, clearance, and promotional items are final sale.

What items cannot be returned?

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without original tags are not eligible for return.
